How long does it take to receive an order?
Our average delivery times are between 7 and 13 working days, and for certain products we can deliver in less than a week. To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our producers and therefore have no intermediaries. This enables us to offer you really competitive prices compared to what you could get in a physical store.
Where do we deliver and what are the delivery costs ?
We ship worldwide, and our shipping costs are FREE.
Where do we come from?
We are a French company. We ship directly from our producers in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Asia.
Who delivers my item and what are the delivery times ?
Your items are delivered via your local post office, according to the terms and conditions of your local post office.
What happens if nobody's home?
Don't worry, your items will be left in your post box if they're small enough. If not, your parcel will be left at your post office for collection.
I've entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Don't panic, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
My order is missing some items. Where are they?
We work with several suppliers, so when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for a particular product. If you order 5 different items, you will receive 5 different parcels, which will arrive at different times (some faster, some slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 3 times, they will all be sent in 1 parcel.
How do I apply my promotion code?
Once you have done this, validate your selection by clicking on "Payment". The payment page will open and you'll be able to take full advantage of this offer by entering the code, which will automatically apply the discount.Example: A promotion is available on the site "Buy Product A, get Product B free" with the code "PROMO". I select Product A and Product B from a predefined selection of items. Both items are now in my basket, and I can click on the "Payment" button and enter my "PROMO" code in the next step.

Currently, you can pay by credit card and Paypal on our website. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or cash on delivery.

Most users see new hair growth in as little as 14 days. For optimum results, we recommend continuous use for at least 3 months.
How to use the serum ?
Apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage gently to promote better absorption. Use daily, preferably in the evening.
